· 2014 Off the Block Freshman All-American and All-MPSF honorable mention

· As a senior, he ranked sixth in the nation in hitting percentage (.429) and 12th in blocks (1.06 bps). That season, he compiled 199 kills, 110 blocks, 49 digs, and 24 service aces

· In his collegiate career, Benesh hit .415 and finished with 658 kills, 346 blocks, 181 digs, and 43 service aces


PRO and INTERNATIONAL

· 2023 AVP Best Blocker, Most Improved Player, and Team of the Year (with Miles Partain)

· 2023 VolleyballMag.com AVP MVP, Best Blocker, and Team of the Year (with Partain)

· 2022 VolleyballMag.com AVP Most Improved Player

· Won four AVP titles: once each with Phil Dalhausser and Miles Evans in 2022, and twice with Miles Partain in 2023

· Holds two FIVB tour crowns each with Partain (Dubai ’22, Gstaad ’23)

· Won silver medal with U.S. Men’s Junior National Team at U21 PanAm Cup in 2015

· Helped U.S. Men’s Junior National Team win bronze at 2014 NORCECA U21 Continental Championship
